Department of Biotechnology & Biochemical Engineering

Biotechnology and Biochemical Engineering is a modern branch of Engineering. It is Science, Technology and Engineering driven. This exciting specialization is based on living organisms with its application extending to all phases like Industrial Processing, Agriculture, Medicine, Environment and Energy. Biotechnology and Biochemical Engineering is the convergence of innovative techniques used to develop products and process in areas such as Therapeutics, Diagnostics, Biosensors, Medical devices, Biofertiliser, Bidpesticides and Biofuels.

Department of Computer Science & Engineering

The department provides extensive computing resources for research and education. This includes more than 180 high performance computers in the range of Linux, Windows etc. The department has broadband Internet connectivity that is networked throughout the campus making internet available in the entire campus.

Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering

In this branch students are introduced to the concepts of modern electronic devices, telecommunication, computer networking, control systems, micro-controllers etc. This department offers hands on training to the students to meet the requirements of the industry in well equipped and hi- tech laboratories with state of the art instruments and equipments under the guidance of highly qualified, experienced and dedicated faculty. The graduates of Electronics & Communication Engineering have easy access to many job opportunities in the fields of electronics and telecommunications industry, banking, computer manufacturing, software development, biomedical instrumentation, hardware designing and systems planning.

Department of Mechanical Engineering

The Departments of Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering are housed in a separate block and the Laboratories are built on state of the art technologies.

Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering

The College has set up the Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering with all modern machines and equipments. The facilities are simply outstanding. The High Voltage Lab is a special feature of the Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

Department of Civil Engineering

The Department of Civil Engineering was started in the year 2008.The Department is housed in a separate block.The Facilities are simply outstanding .

Department of Basic Sciences and Humanities

The department of Basic Sciences and Humanities are allied academic departments.
